The Doctors present a special episode all about the changes that happen to our bodies when we go through puberty.

The Doctors head into the lab with some animal parts to demonstrate how the pituitary gland and our hormones are responsible for many of the changes in our bodies during puberty, including the changes in our voices.

The Doctors also go "Ouch & About" in the Ouchmobile, where Dr. Chris meets a girl with some stretch marks caused by a growth spurt and couple of cousins who are the same age but very different heights, while Dr. Xand explains why some people get clumsy during puberty.

They also explain how puberty affects sweat glands, hair growth, testicles, acne, mood swings, periods, and sleep cycles.
