Dr. Xand eats a healthy diet for a couple of days, while Dr. Chris eats a very unhealthy diet on those same days. The Doctors then head into the lab (after a trip to the loo) to see how the food they ate affected their poo.

Also, Dr. Xand donates some of his blood and follows his blood's journey from the clinic where it's donated to the blood factory where it's tested and then separated into red blood cells, plasma, and platelettes before being sent off to the hospitals where it will hopefull save someone's life. Dr. Chris also donates some blood - via a Tsetse fly bite - as he investigates how these flies make many people deathly ill by spreading the parasite that causes sleeping sickness.

In Accident & Emergency, one patient has a deep cut in her hand after cutting it on some glass and another has a deep cut over his eye after bumping his head on a stump.

We also meet the UK's National Junior BMX Champion and learn how his muscles help him ride his bicycle so well,  learn a body trick that will make you appear to have superhuman strength, and Dr. Chris goes on call with the Midlands Air Ambulance.
