The Doctors perform a nasoendoscopy in their lab to take a look at Dr. Chris's vocal chords and see how they work. They also have some fun with different gases to change the pitch of their voices. The Doctors then ride one of Britain's scariest rollercoasters to investigate how our bodies deal with fear

Also, the Doctors go on call in Accident & Emergency where Dr. Xand meets a young girl who has had quite a fall from her scooter and Dr. Chris meets a boy with a football injury in his arm. Also in Accident & Emergency, one patient gets tummy pain every time she eats, another has an infected ear piercing, and yet another little guy hurt is elbow while breakdancing.

We also meet a man who can "break wind" on demand, learn a body trick that show you how to "burn" an image into your brain, and Dr. Xand goes on call with an emergency ambulance team.
