We start this journey in the Pacific Northwest, in a city with a tower that touches space itself and where coffee is king: Seattle, Washington. It's a region that has a rich Native American history, with the first inhabitants living here more than 4,000 years ago. Seattle has many jazz clubs where some of the most notable musicians in America developed their skills, like Ray Charles and Quincy Jones. Then we will go to the fish market where we will see how the sellers throw huge pieces of fish from one side of the aisle to the other and you will know why they are called the "flying fish".

Then we will travel over the Pacific Ocean to a land full of spirit and wonder, where we will visit some temples and even cross the desert expanse of Mongolia. We will visit the valley of the river Terelj, where we will find a small settlement with small shops and restaurants and horseback and camel riding.

Finally, we will go to one of the largest islands in the world, where a country rich in cultural diversity awaits: Papua New Guinea, an island full of mystery and wonder and one of the least explored places to date, which contains tribes of people and species of animals and plants that are still waiting to be discovered.
