Stress is something we can learn to cope with. In this video, we explore some of the types of stress encountered in secondary school, their main causes and how adolescent people can identify and cope with them. We look at various ways young people can learn to manage their stress, minimizing distress and preparing themselves to survive anticipated stressful situations, such as Examinations. Looking at positive and negative attitudes to coping with stress expressed by those who have successfully learnt how to accomplish this.
