This program will present an overview of the writing project based on the Writer's Workshop approach. The theoretical framework, the methodology and an overview of the three stages of writing: pre-writing, writing and post-writing will be explored in a variety of educational contexts, at all age levels, in native language programs (French and English), and in second language contexts (French and Ukrainian). Pedagogical adaptations necessary for second language settings are shared as well as learning outcomes of students involved with this approach.
