The teens of today have a range of employability skills that they may not know they have. In this fun program, we see how those skills are developed in dealing with everyday situations and how they can help towards being successful at work. Our teens organize to meet and plan holidays, work on a school assignment, make kit furniture, raise money to help out a mate, plan their career goals, learn to drive, and play video games. All of these activities give them important communication, teamwork, problem solving, initiative, self-management, learning and technology skills that they can use at work.
