Nutritional requirements change markedly over our lifetime. In this 5-part program, we look at the requirements from prenatal development through to old age. We also see how these needs are changing as society changes. For example, changing patterns of physical exercise (in both work and leisure) mean changing nutritional requirements. Special attention is placed on the needs of adolescents and the influences on them.
